If you are organising a group visit you will need to complete these forms.
We want to minimise the additional paperwork you need to do but we do need to provide some evidence of evaluation and monitoring for our funders. Please complete this simple monitoring form and do the evaluation as a group exercise and return both to naomi.cohen@nrcentre.org.uk
You will need to pay for your travel, keep all travel tickets (or as many as you can, if people need them to return home, sign to say you have seen them) and send this completed form with the tickets attached to naomi.cohen@nrcentre.org.uk
